Laurens Elshof, aka LAVERN, is a 23- year-old producer and DJ from the Netherlands. Inspired by his small hometown-village near Amsterdam, his music combines dance and energetic night life vibes with more chill and sunset feelings. In 2021, Lavern started his musical journey with an opening track ‘Move Me’ that reached more than 35M streams on DSPs and went viral on Instagram reels (760k+ videos). Release after release, he’s been able to develop an audience of 7.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify and reached more than 210M streams, thanks to his very unique stutter house music. One of his latest songs ‘Hold Me’, is one of the leading track of the stutter house movement and reached more than 100million streams on DSPs in 7 months, benefiting from a lot of support on TikTok and Instagram Reels. He never stops developing his sound and exploring new vibes with official remixes for Kygo & Ava Max and Becky G singles, but also with his latest releases like his dreamy and contagious version of “La Leçon Particulière” by Francis Lai, and the intense “Human” released on Martin Garrix’ record label STMPD RCRDS.
