AURA Festival will take place on June 20, 21 and 22 at Sofia’s Velodrome, freshly named Vidas Art Arena. AURA Festival’s doors will open 17:00 each day, and the festival performances will finish at 23:00.  On Friday and Saturday afterparties at FOMO the club are to be held. Free admission to all afterparties for ticket holders. More about afterparties here.

Tickets for the festival are available online at ticketstation.bg. You can also find tickets at iabilet.ro and ticketswap.com, as well as printed copies at National Palace of Culture’s desk in Sofia. Tickets also will be available onsite.

3-DAY TICKETS

(NEW) AURA <29 by Mastercard | YOUTH 3-DAY TICKETS FOR 99 BGN
If you are 29 or less, this one is of you! Grab your 3-day ticket at a special price – thanks to Mastercard. You also get free access to the festival afterparties on Friday and Saturday at FOMO.

HARMONY SEEKER | REGULAR 3-DAY TICKETS
Grants you a 3-day access to the venue, where you will have the chance to find the celestial key.

THE SANCTUARY TICKETS | 3-DAY VIP TICKETS
Grants you a three-day access to a fast entrance lane, a VIP platform spot, private restrooms, exclusive bar & service, as well as free access to the festival afterparties on Friday and Saturday at FOMO.

1-DAY TICKETS

CELESTIAL VOYAGER TICKETS
Grants you access to one day of the festival of your choice. You also get free access to the festival afterparty for the corresponding day at FOMO.

AURA tickets are not nominal and the names on your ticket will not be checked.

However, do not buy tickets from strangers if they are not available through the TicketSwap platform. Under no circumstances do not buy bracelets and any access attributes from people on the street – in 100% of cases, this is a scam.

I can’t come. Can I return my ticket?2025-05-02T17:22:18+03:00

According to the Fest Team’s Terms and Conditions, which you agree to upon purchase, you cannot return your ticket.

Can I buy a ticket with insurance?2025-05-02T17:22:24+03:00

AURA Festival tickets can be purchased with health insurance from Euroins. Its value is equal to 7% of the value of the selected ticket. In addition, you can purchase ticket/s on installment payment with 0% markup from TBI under one of two repayment schemes. See more at ticketstation.bg

Is there free admission for children?2025-05-02T17:22:30+03:00

Yes. The event will end around 23:00, so children up to 10 years (incl.) can join us without the need of a ticket, but mandatory with an adult companion and a filled Companion Declaration.

If you are a disabled person, have a certificate of a certain degree of disability issued by TELK and want to visit the festival, please contact us at info@festteam.bg so that we can try to ensure the best experience for you.

Please, DO NOT print your ticket – you can show it from your smartphone screen, or load it into Apple Wallet. Let’s help protect nature 🙂

What’s allowed to bring into the venue?2025-05-02T17:24:38+03:00

Only a small amount of personal belongings and clothing are allowed into AURA Festival’s area. For your convenience, we are adding a list of some allowed things that you may have questions about:

  • Sunscreen; Repellent – NOT in the form of an aerosol/in a pressurized package;
  • Lighter; Cigarettes/E-cigarettes;
  • up to 0.5 l plastic water bottle /cap will be removed at the entrance/;
  • Medications (asthma spray, pills, etc.);
  • Power banks;
  • Contact lens solution;
  • Hand sanitizer;
  • Insulin syringe (NOT a normal syringe, but one with a very short needle), the maximum allowed is 1 syringe;
  • A small bottle of insulin;
  • Baby carriage/basket.
What not to bring into the venue?2025-05-02T17:26:16+03:00

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Substances the use of which is prohibited by law;
  • Narcotic substances and paraphernalia for their use;
  • Cold weapons, firearms and other means of self-defense (such as, but not limited to, knives of any size, gas guns, pepper spray) or other dangerous objects that can be used as weapons;
  • Flammable substances or liquids, including aerosols;
  • Markers, sprays;
  • Backpacks and bags with a capacity greater than 15 liters or about 35x25x12 cm
  • Glass and plastic containers, glass/metal/plastic bottles, metal cups and rigid packaging;
  • Food and alcohol from the outside;
  • Water for one person in a package larger than 0.5 liters
  • Umbrellas – if it rains, please take a raincoat;
  • Banners, torches, sticks (including selfie sticks);
  • Bulky items, chairs, boxes, rugs, sleeping bags and tents;
  • Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, electric scooters and other vehicles;
  • Lasers, glow sticks;
  • Devices producing noise – whistles, bells, etc.;
  • Chain belts, wrap-around belts and studded belts (conical studded);
  • It is prohibited to import professional filming equipment of any type, incl. GoPro. It is strictly forbidden to use drones on the festival grounds.
Is it allowed to re-enter the festival area during the current day?2025-05-02T17:27:00+03:00

Multiple re-entry of the festival area within one festival day is prohibited. Of course, three-day ticket holders will be able to access the event after the first festival day is over. You may be required to provide identification upon check-in.

payments and others

How can I make payments in the festival area?2025-06-19T12:36:34+03:00

Payments in the dining areas are made ONLY with personal contactless cards, regardless of their issuer (Revolut also accepted), or contactless Fest Cards. Cash is not accepted except to issue a Fest Card. Payments in the merch area can be made in cash (BGN ONLY), with a personal contactless card or with a Fest Card. We strongly recommend you bring your personal contactless card with which to make payments during the event.

During AURA you can use:

  1. Personal contactless cards – you can make payments with your contactless card, regardless of its issuer (including Revolut)
  2. If you do not have a personal contactless card, you will be able to purchase* a Fest Card payment card:
    1. The card is issued within the event and is valid only until its end
    2. The fee for issuing plastic is BGN 2.
    3. Amounts loaded on the card cannot be used except within another Fest Team event.
    4. Amounts loaded on the card can be used on all festival days.
    5. You can pay cash (BGN only) to purchase and load a contactless Fest Card.

Several medical teams will be positioned on the territory of the festival. It is important to inform yourself of their location from the information boards posted in advance so that you are prepared in case of need.

We strive to make the event accessible to people with disabilities.
Wider additional lanes at the entrances are planned to make it as easy as possible to pass through the main entrance of the festival, as well as special toilets in easily accessible places.

Please note that your ticket does not include a secured parking space. The event is taking place at the Borissova Garden and is excellently accessible via metro, bus, tram or taxi. Parking in the Borissova Garden is not allowed.

For your convenience, you can use:

  • Metro Lines – № М1, М3, М4 (closest station – Vassil Levski Stadium)
