Payments in the dining areas are made ONLY with personal contactless cards, regardless of their issuer (Revolut also accepted). Payments in the merch area can be made in cash (EUR ONLY), with a personal contactless card. We strongly recommend you bring your personal contactless card with which to make payments during the event.

Several medical teams will be positioned on the territory of the festival. It is important to inform yourself of their location from the information boards posted in advance so that you are prepared in case of need.

We strive to make the event accessible to people with disabilities.
Wider additional lanes at the entrances are planned to make it as easy as possible to pass through the main entrance of the festival, as well as special toilets in easily accessible places.

Update, 19.06: Special parking options are currently sold out and not available. If you wish to access the festival by car, you can access all Sofia Airport parkings, but will need to pay full prices as stated by the operator.

You can secure a preferential parking spot at Sofia Airport with our automated 1-Day or 3-Day Parking Passes. Access to the lots is fully automated via license plate recognition, so there is no need to print a physical ticket.

• 1-Day Parking Pass – €15

Are you a Backstage Ticket holder?
Your ticket includes free access to Parking P4, but mandatory advance registration was required. If you did not register your vehicle until 12:00 on Jun 19, you CAN NOT use free parking for Backstage ticket holders.

Important Rules & Conditions:

• License Plate Format: You must enter your plate number using standard capital Latin letters only, with no spaces, hyphens, or dots (Correct example: CB1234XX). Matching Cyrillic letters must be entered directly as their Latin equivalents.
• Strict Deadlines: Sales for parking passes close exactly 72 hours before the festival gates open (Tuesday, June 16 at 6:00 PM). Backstage parking registration closes earlier at 2:00 PM on the same day. Late additions are technologically impossible.
• No Modifications: Your pass is strictly linked to the specific license plate entered during purchase or registration. If you arrive with a different vehicle or an incorrectly formatted plate, access will be denied, the ticket becomes invalid without a refund, and standard airport parking tariffs will apply.
• Overstaying: If your vehicle remains in the lot past the 2:00 PM checkout time, you will be charged for the extra hours on-site at the regular Sofia Airport rates.
